  • Withdrawal Request: You may request a withdrawal without providing a reason within fourteen (14) days of your initial payment.

  • Position Opening: You automatically forfeit your right to request a refund if you have opened a position on your demo account before the fourteen (14) day period expires.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the transaction and will be completed within fourteen (14) days.

1.2 Payment Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you fully understand and intend to use our services before making a payment. We discourage requests for refunds based solely on a change of mind.

1.3 Errors on Our Part
We will take full responsibility for any errors that are attributable to us and will process refunds accordingly.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Your account details

  • The date of the transaction

  • The reason for the refund request (if applicable)

3. Pending Claims

Please note that you may not be eligible for a refund if there is an ongoing claim related to any service. Refund requests will be evaluated after the resolution of any such claims.
